Squirrel and Turkey Calls in the works

 A few turkey calls in the works with some squirrel call parts in the back at the edge of the bench.

 

Squirrel call in hand

 Squirrel call in my hand and some turkey calls on the bench. What do you do on a cold winter day, when the wife has decided to redecorate the house. You get the hell out of there and go to the woodshop.


 





Here I'm milling a piece for one of the squirrel calls. This call is made from what I can remember of an old early 50's squirrel call. Can't remember who made the call, but name of it was the swacky something or other. It might be a little bigger than the original call. Very time consuming. I'll have some more detailed pictures to come.
